Global Logistic Properties Limited (“GLP” or the “Company”) refers to (i) the articles in the Wall Street Journal and Bloomberg dated 5 January 2017 (the “News Reports”), (ii) the Company’s announcement released on 1 December 2016 (the “1 December 2016 Announcement”) in relation to the independent strategic review of options available for its business (the “Strategic Review”) and (iii) the query on 5 January 2017 from the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited regarding the unusual price movements in the shares of the Company on 5 January 2017.

Further to the 1 December 2016 Announcement, as one of the options available under the ongoing Strategic Review, the Company is in preliminary discussions with various parties in connection with a possible sale of the Company.
